These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Inventr mobile application marketed as Resell Tracker: Flip & Profit, our website at consignment.314-apps.com, and related services provided by 314 Apps LLC ("314 Apps," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Inventr helps resellers, booth sellers, and consignment operators track inventory, costs, sales, and profit. The Services may include optional paid subscriptions, team sharing, calculators, and educational content on our website.
The Services are tools for record-keeping and business organization. They do not provide tax, legal, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for your own business decisions and compliance with applicable laws, marketplace rules, and tax obligations.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you use optional account or team features, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Some features require a paid subscription or in-app purchase.
- Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing is shown in the app and may vary by region.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds are handled under Apple's App Store policies. Contact Apple for billing or refund requests.
5. Your Content and Data
You retain ownership of inventory records, photos, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, display, and transmit User Content solely to operate and improve the Services, including optional sharing features you enable.
You represent that you have the rights to upload User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Services
- Access another user's data without authorization
- Upload malware or content that is infringing, abusive, or harmful
- Misrepresent Inventr as providing professional tax or legal advice
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, design, branding, and website content (excluding User Content), are owned by 314 Apps or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
Third-party names and marks (such as marketplace or platform names mentioned in guides) belong to their respective owners. Inventr is not affiliated with or endorsed by those third parties unless explicitly stated.
8. Free Tools and Website Content
Calculators, templates, and articles on consignment.314-apps.com are provided for general informational purposes. Results are estimates only. Verify numbers independently before making business decisions.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 314 APPS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in courts located in Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
