Delete Your Account

Delete your account in the app (fastest)

Open Inventr and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm with your password. Deletion starts immediately.

Delete your account without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by email. Send the request from the email address associated with your Inventr account so we can verify it's you.

Email a deletion request

Or write to 314Apps@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Inventr account". We verify the request against the account email and complete deletion within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation when it's done.

What gets deleted

Account (email address, login credentials) — permanently deleted
Inventory items, prices, costs, and sales records you entered — permanently deleted
Item photos you uploaded — permanently deleted from our storage
Team and booth memberships and pending invitations — removed
Support and feedback messages — permanently deleted
Usage counters and AI-scan credits — permanently deleted

What may be retained

Purchase and subscription records held by Google Play, the Apple App Store, and our payment processor (RevenueCat) — retained by those providers under their own policies for legal, tax, and fraud-prevention reasons. We never receive your payment card details.
Server operation logs — expire automatically on a rolling basis (up to 90 days).
Anonymized analytics events — no longer linkable to you after account deletion.

Have a subscription? Cancel it first

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — subscriptions are managed by the app store you purchased through:

Google Play: open play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions, choose Inventr, and tap Cancel.
Apple App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Inventr → Cancel (Apple's guide).

If you delete your account with an active subscription, the subscription will keep renewing until you cancel it in the store — cancel first to avoid unwanted charges.
